Arbitration
Once a civil action is filed, the case may be ordered to (judicial) arbitration by the court if certain conditions are met; that being said however, more and more often cases are resolved “pre-litigation”, i.e. through contractual arbitration.
The collection of Templates includes an agreement for binding arbitration with the basic terms and conditions; a statutory offer to compromise, modified for a matter resolved through arbitration; and post-arbitration pleadings to respond to a challenge to the award, or to petition the court to confirm the award.
